The eye of the cosmos looking down upon me, seeing my struggles and silently guiding me towards a better path.
And there I laid, waiting for the cool hands of the reaper to pull me under this hot sand, where I no longer feel the baking earth and the weight of life’s struggles;
Though the night sky descended down, cascading its cooling shadows around, the eye of the universe opened up and bestowed upon me,
