It starts at the source. Though we have suppliers in the UK, US, and Canada, we’ve been using providers in China more often for a handful of reasons.
We find they have much faster turnaround and shipping times, higher-quality products, and lower prices.

That’s when we get to work customizing your shoes using a process called Direct-to-garment printing (DTG). This is much different than screen printing, which is probably how your favourite (now faded) T-shirt was made.
Your shoes are placed on a printer plate, with the soles taped off. We load your design, and the correct size template, then let the printer work its magic. The ink is sprayed Directly onto the fabric and, when the print finishes, the design is heat-pressed for added durability. Shoes are always checked for quality and consistency before they are carefully packed for delivery, using an Insured, trackable shipping method.
